The space
Fully renovated, design inspired by the Cuban culture of Ybor City Tampa , This one level bungalow style cottage has 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom has a king sized bed with aTV. Middle bedroom has 2 full size beds and TV. The small bedroom has a queen sized bed and decorated in colorful Cuban style! Plenty of street and side yard parking.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire home. This is a private house rental. New deck with bbq and barrel bistro sitting area off the kitchen in the back of the house.
Other things to note
Chickens are known to walk freely in the streets! Located minutes to ybor in palmetto beach. Deli in walking distance across the street. Parking on side of house and street parking. 12 min to Tampa airport. 5 min to ybor and cruise ports, Arena’s and downtown. 15 min to Busch gardens, Tampa zoo, dinosaur world. This is the main house. There is also a tiny home on the property (ask for the link if you need to add an additional rental space) the fire pit area is shared space with the tiny home.

No need to strip any beds. We got that handled! Used towels can be left in the shower or in the laundry basket by the washer. Trash is located in the yard by outside the wood fence. Thank you!

When we pulled up to the property it was 8 pm. There were people on the street that made us a little uncomfortable with the area and in pulling up the grass was very tall like half way up my calf tall. I needed to park on the grass as that is where the parking spots are so walking through this I got assaulted by bugs and ended up with bug bites all over my legs. Once in the house I was super happy . it was just a little jewel and it was clean and just a really nice vibe. My only other complaint with the property is there were lights up by the deck in the back that were not working at all.. so we were unable to enjoy this and sit out by the pretty little cowboy pool. All and all we had a great time regardless. I made an error in reading the VRBO and i thought check out was at 11, which I apologize for.. As soon as we got a knock on the door at 10 am .. we were out within 15 mins. That was entirely my fault as anytime ive checked out anywhere it is usually 11 am... We apologized to the gentleman and left promptly.

This property is 100% a Tampa vibe. We had the best time in Tampa and the ability to come back to a safe and beautiful home. It was far better than the pictures show and was a beautifully crafted space. You are in a very safe, quiet, and great Ybor neighborhood. The artistry, cleanliness, and craftsmanship of the house was outstanding. The church bells in the day were so tranquil in the afternoon as we relaxed on the patio. I am so thankful to find this property. I will be recommending to family and friends. Such an amazing host and place.

Nice place.

There is a neighborhood bodega across the street so there is some noise but it closes at 10pm, so not a big deal.I had messsaged Maria about starting my stay one day early but after 72 hours without a reply, I called VRBO and they got in contact with her.The property is nice. The location is in a neighborhood, not near downtown Ybor.
