This property has to be restored completely even the air smelled like mold the bed covers were torn they really need to do something about that immediately the front desk people were nice but it doesn’t change the super bad conditions this property is in I will never in my life stay there again

Worst experience ever

When we first got there their system was down instead of the rude old lady saying that she left me at the window, then I’m standing in line once the system was up and she skipped me that came after me.the floors in the room are dirty the a/c had mold and the tub has mold as well, dead roaches on the ceiling, room service guy knocked and let his self in after I stated I’m undressed we don’t need anything. On the way out the same rude old lady tried to keep my money acting as if I didn’t give her a deposit for the key

★☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience. The first room smelled strongly of smoke and looked nothing like the photos. We were moved to a second room, but the AC didn’t work—in the middle of a hot Florida summer. On top of that, there was no running water in the room at all—no sink, shower, or toilet. Completely unacceptable conditions. I have video proof. Do NOT book here. This place is a scam and should be shut down.

Staff was lacking professionalism,condescending and completely unfit for customer service. Very disappointing for a "hospitality environment". If you could even call it that. Hotel staff treated people like they're inanimate objects. Would never recommend and will definitely be reporting to EcoLab for unsanitary rooms with bugs.

DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL WALK INTO YOUR ROOM

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! At 7am one of the hotel staff used their key to open my room door and just came in while I was sleeping! They then proceeded to ask me details about my name and reservation saying they didn't have it because of a bug in their system. Completely unacceptable!
