Very Nice spot.

The property owner was a communication rockstar—super responsive and friendly. There’s one king bed (comfy and clean!) and an air mattress—I brought my own, but theirs was chilling in the closet, ready for action. Only minor gripe was the bathroom: shower curtain had a little moldy fringe and the drain was a bit sluggish. Nothing a quick fix can’t handle, and the owner was great about feedback. Location? Perfect! Close to downtown but peaceful. Pool’s just steps away, and parking was a breeze. Would totally stay again if Tampa calls me back!

Great location, nice small apartment. Easy check in process. Minor issues were that apartment smelled pretty musty/humid and some areas could have been cleaned a little better. Because of where its convenient location and great price, I would probably stay again.

Terrible stay

The listing is completely inaccurate. The max amount of occupants is 2 MAYBE 3 if someone is ok sleeping on the extrelemly uncomfortable couch, which doesn’t pull out. Listing says it has beds in the common space and it doesn’t. We checked in 30 mins late and the place hadn’t even been cleaned yet. Terrible experience, pictures are deceiving
