Our stay had a mix of positives and several frustrations.The living area was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked great.However, the kitchen was not well equipped. There was an oven but no cookware (no cookie sheet), measuring cups but no mixing bowls, only three sets of silverware, and no kitchen towels. There was a Keurig but no pods or reusable filter to use your own coffee.Basic amenities were lacking—no toiletries were provided, and the only soap in the bathroom was dish soap.Cleanliness and maintenance need attention. There was black hair on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower, the couch cushions were very dirty underneath, and there was a puddle of grime in the bottom of the oven. We also found a broken chair, a missing kitchen drawer handle, a non-working washing machine, and a dryer vent full of lint. The floor under the carpet is lifted and a trip hazard, and the hall closet door is very squeaky.Storage was limited, with a crib instead of a dresser or shelving.The listing was also inaccurate. The address led us to the wrong complex across the street, and there was no pool despite it being advertised, which was a main reason we booked.Overall, the property has potential but needs better upkeep, accurate listing details, and basic amenities.
