The house was spacious and nicely decorated. The pool was wonderful. We had plenty of room for our 15 guests. There are, however, a few things to be aware of. First, I originally booked this property for two days longer than I needed it because my daughter was graduating from a nearby university and we were not given the dates of her graduation until February 27. On that date, I reached out to the host to change my dates. He did not respond to me for several weeks, despite me reaching out on several occasions. The dates were eventually changed, but not until very close to my check-in date. I did request an early check- in, and the host was accommodating and let us check-in at 1:00pm. In addition, there were very few towels/wash cloths for a house that sleeps 26 people. We went to a nearby Walmart to purchase more. Also, there was a pretty serious ant problem. My son had to move to another space because there were ants in his room and on his bed. The shower heads shot water in many directions which caused water to get on the floors. We had planned to use the grill, but the tank was empty so we had to replace it. Finally, the ping pong table was broken and the cues for the pool table had no tops. I did reach out to the host before writing the review to give him some feedback, but I did not hear from him. Overall, our experience was fine, but for the price you pay per night, you should be getting more for your money.

Great short term rental - hope to return again. We are a group of 9 guys that get together annually for a golf trip. This property allowed everyone to have their own bedroom, while having multiple spaces to gather. The pool and property was fantastic, and was used every day. Appreciated all the amenities like multiple kitchens, and washer/dryers allowing the group to cook, clean and have a good time.The location was very central to all the golf courses we played, most within 30 minutes, and only 2 were further. There are also multiple grocery stores and restaurants all less than 10 minutes away. Not to mention, only about 35 minutes from the airport.We loved our stay, and hope to come back!

Completely disappointing experience! Hours before check-in, had to call VRBO to get check-in information. Once on property, had to wait to get additional codes to access other two units. Wi-fi code worked for two of three units. Had to wait again to get additional wi-fi code. Besides the notice taped to the slider leading outside warning of EVICTION if violation of rules were not followed (no swimming after 6pm., no loud noise after 7pm), no other guest information was provided. Room descriptions on floorplan were not entirely accurate ( pullout sofa not in room as noted, a smaller mattress on a queen frame in another). Nor were there enough blankets for all of the beds and barely enough towels. The pool was green upon arrival, and no wonder, with the vile thick green sludge on the filter which we had to clean times until it was clean, scrubbed the walls of the pool, add water to the pool, and purchase and add shock to the pool before it was safe to use. Coffee pot carafes were not the correct carafes for the keurig coffee makers, so they would not fit. There was one small rusty pan, not nearly large enough for a party of twenty. The bathroom door in the front house is too large for the doorframe, making it impossible to close the door. Think twice before booking this not-at-all resort style villa.

While the home itself was spacious and nicely decorated, our overall experience was extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness and pest problems.We encountered live roaches throughout the kitchen area, including by the dishwasher, trash can, refrigerator, and in the kitchen in general. We also found dead ants in the master shower and live ones throughout the other parts of the home. The owner sent someone out on Saturday to spray, which was appreciated, and mentioned the property had supposedly been treated 10 days before our stay. However, we continued to see live roaches after the spraying, and none of the insects appeared affected. Based on the number of roaches we saw, it’s hard to believe a professional pest control service is being used regularly.The area and neighborhood was nice and backyard very spacious. There are a few nearby playgrounds (no playground on property).Due to the pest issues and overall condition, we would not stay here again.

Perfect House for Big Groups

This was was perfect for a big group of friends visiting Tampa area. There were more than enough rooms/bathrooms and enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably . Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that can sleep a big group!

Great Place for Family Gathering

Property was perfect for our group of 14, celebrating a graduation and 93rd birthday. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed, and the pool was fantastic. Nice large yard to play games and lounge around in the beautiful Florida sunshine. There was space for downtime and for when the two 2-year olds needed their daily nap. The host was responsive to questions before and during the trip. Highly recommend !

Cheer Competition

We were in town from PA for a cheer competition at TB Convention Center and this place was perfect! The kids had the time of their lives in the pool when we could and we had plenty of room for all of the families. Great place and awesome communication with the owner. Only suggestion we all had - add lights by the pool area for night swimming!

Beautiful but not worth the trouble

After looking over so many properties, we booked this stay over three months prior to our event. We housed 20 ppl and invited 43 ppl. Specifically rented this property because of the space needed for the small event. i kept in constant contact with owner prior to booking the vendors weeks before using the rental. Tried to charge me extra for what we thought was part of the rental. Miscommunication from cleaner , ( thank you for the extra towels and clarifying, again, where to park) the owner kept calling about the parking how many ppl showed up, as far as car parking, even during my event. I literally had to come to the front of the house in the middle of ceremony to speak to him and/ or the cleaner. Mind you as we walked into kitchen seen that we are NOT to play any music AT ALL and couldn't be in pool after 6 pm. When we discussed what type of event it would be. Some of the t.vs didnt work and some of the furniture was broken. Called at least 2 times to make sure everyone was out on time. Not saying NOT to rent this property because it was perfect other than the rant i gave. Take a chance maybe it was just the ppl who yhe owner seen on the camera. 🤔

Beautiful home!

This home was very beautiful and spacious! Looks exactly like the pictures! I hosted my 30th birthday party here. The only issue I had was that I was told last minute that I could not play music outside, even though events were said to be allowed. So obviously it threw much of my party plans off. We still did have a good time and enjoyed ourselves. Also, there are no lights in the backyard. Overall, great place to stay!

Villa Review

I had a large group of adult friends stay at the property. It was plenty large to accommodate us and everything was clean and in good condition. My favorite part was the abundance of bedrooms - everyone had their own private space. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and plenty of lounge space. I would recommend this to guests who would like a quiet location outside of the city while still having easy access to the city & the airport.

Amazing retreat for the whole family!!

Home was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated! Host was incredibly responsive and made us feel very welcome! Would highly recommend! Our only issue was no fault of the host but gps told us to pull into the wrong driveway next door but we quickly realized it was wrong.
