Spend your days by the beautiful pool relaxing and grilling. It is centrally located in South Tampa to everything, within a few minutes to restaurants on the water and just 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa. Stunning beaches are within a 30-40 minute drive.

We've got you covered! Five Star Service is very important to us, so we are very responsive to needs. Fun escape

We had fun.The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the quiet of the neighborhood. Stores, restaurants and things to do were only a few minutes away if needed. The yard and pool were amazing, perfect for swimming and relaxing outside. I wish we had others staying with us. This house would be nice for a larger group. The description was accurate and we were very happy with our stay.

Great first experience!

I was very pleased with everything. I only needed to reach out to the hosts a couple times and they were very responsive and helpful. The place was very nice and we loved the decor. The space was well utilized. Loved the hot tub and the backyard. Private and nice!

Concert

Stayed here for Billy Joel concert at Raymond James Stadium. Great house, not a bad Uber ride to show, and easy trip back to Naples taking Gandy thru St Pete.

Great price range and home. A bit smaller on the square footage side but they’ve done their best to maximize the space. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding area!

Great easy stay!

This property is BEAUTIFUL! Surprisingly, it is a good sized house and backyard (with pool) for the Tampa area. We certainly will stay here again! It was so easy to gain access to and close to everything!

Pick somewhere else to stay.

The owners posted the wrong address on the listing. After our group got off the plane we couldn’t find the house. When they finally sent us the information for check in, it included the correct address. A pool guy came as soon as we got there and was in our way for about an hour or two. Saturday the gardeners came and were in our way most of the morning. The tv Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire weekend and when we contacted the owners, they didn’t respond until the day we checked out. Random appliances are broken and the beds were uncomfortable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

False advertising

Advertised as 3 bathrooms but only had 2 bathrooms, one of the main reasons we chose this house was to have a bathroom per couple. Pool was green 5 of the 7 days we rented (1 of which we couldn’t swim due to the amount of chemicals added to rectify the green water.) Not enough seating by the pool for 6 people let alone 8 as advertised, we bought 6 canvas bag chairs (for traveling) but also the pool area ; of which we left behind. Not enough towels for showers & pool, we laundered towels everyday.

House

The house was truly amazing beautiful on the inside. The only thing that needs addressed is in the master bedroom there is a step down that need’s covered. You can trip on that exposed ledge. The pool was not clean had Leaves in it and was dirty at the bottom. The pool guy came the next morning to clean the pool. I would still book at this property again.

Nice home for a week stay

We had the home booked for almost a week and felt like it had everything we needed. We did not use the pool or do any cooking so I cannot speak for those but it seemed very well stocked and the pool looked very nice. Beds were nice and we had plenty of linens. The washer and dryer on the property was a plus! Check in and out was a breeze and you are only a few mins from several restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house looks newly renovated and is super cute! We would stay here again!

Pretty Disappointing

Overall it was on ok experience. Sadly, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and accuracy of the description. We were told there was a brand new grill in the yard, which should be cleaned after use. The grill was filthy and had so much muck accumulated, it was clear it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Were told there was a brush to clean it with, but there was not, so we purchased cleaning supplies so that we could be courteous enough to clean it after our own use. There was a corner of the yard with about 6 paint cans and 20 cigarette buds out in the open, not ideal for the pets we brought. Overall, house was decent. A bit tight on space, but fairly modern and all appliances were new and in good condition. I would say communication with host was ok; we notified them of these issues upon arrival and they apologized but they did not really seem fazed or too concerned. After the fact, they said we should have told them prior to our departure to have someone come and help us during our stay.
