The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The shower could have used some up keep, the shower head wasn’t working properly and there was paint peeling everywhere. Otherwise everything was excellent! I would stay here again!

Very difficult to pay for parking-which was expensive to say the least!! No water secondary to “ routine maintenance “- from 11:00 PM until 5:00 AM. HAD TO PAY 3.00 FOR A BOTTLE OF H2O!!!

Disappointing for a Hilton

The hotel was old but had been updated. The bathroom wallpaper was falling off the wall and the ceiling above the sink was in poor condition. The air conditioning in the room was super loud, the ohone system fir the front desk was diwn and they turned the water off fir overnight maintenance. The worst part was you had to pay for parking when the hotel had plenty of onsite parking.

Love that they could accomodate us last minutes because our flight was cancelled. Staff was great, shuttle to the airport was a great plus, room was average compared to other Hilton's we've been at in Canada but overall experience was good

The front desk staffs were great. Kiara greeted us with a smile and a genuine desire to help us. She answered all our questions and assisted us with the overnight parking, airport transportation in the next morning and any other general concern. The other staff member on the shift was also very helpful and friendly. She helped us with tooth paste and water that we bought . We appreciate their welcoming demeanor.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating! They are right across the street from a mall and it has high end luxury stores and also mainstream stores. Several food accommodations at the mall, and if you don’t feel like walking across the street they have a lounge with bar area and restaurant at the hotel!
