Not sure what happened at this location. The Front Desk staff were very nice friendly and welcoming ! Rooms are dated A/C was not working up to par. room was mildly comfortable but Humid due to A/C not working. The Smell was horrible in the room. Very heavy Musty smell. i can smell that they tried to hide the odor with some lemon scent but truly it was horrible,

Upon check in, I was told that on the hotel’s end they showed that my reservation had been canceled, but my app and email said I was booked. There was a lot of confusion and Emily was able to make it right, but there were limited rooms available and it was distressing that I showed up with absolutely no reservation showing in the hotel system without me knowing it.

This hotel needs a lot of work. The wallpaper is pealing off the walls and paint needs refreshed. Comforters in room had holes in them and feathers were spreading everywhere. Clock wasn't working. Cabinets/counter in the bathroom falling apart.

Walked into the room and it smelled of raw sewage, so headed back and got another room that was great except the TV didn't work, looked at the back and noticed it wasn't plugged in for some reason. Otherwise a decent enough hotel at a decent rate in a good location

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport. The staff was super accommodating as I arrived a few hours early before my checkin. The entire team was great. Ate dinner at the restaurant in the lobby. The waitress Rosa was a doll. She was attentive, kind and personable. Definitely will visit again!
