Firstly, Stephen at front desk was phenomenal from start to finish. He didn’t know it at the time, but I actually re booked a stay at this hotel because of the service he provided along with the staff. Radika and Kevin at the restaurant were incredibly accommodating and were constantly eager to make sure I was doing well. Ada and Michelle at front desk also seemed to always have the right answer when I had an inquiry. In the hospitality industry, I don’t blame some people going through the motions, but when I notice individuals who are consistently friendly, helpful, and always solutions oriented, it makes a huge difference. Definitely book this hotel if it’s available.
