- Room was not that spotless (Found dead roach on the floor that seems to be there before we - There is only one ice machine on the first floor - Towels have bad quality - There was no shower curtain in my room - AC was not cold at all. The unit was locked and the setting could not be changed - Room was never cleaned or towels changed even that we were there for (4) days - No detergent was provided for the kitchenette

The front desk staff were unbelievably kind and friendly—truly great people who made me feel right at home. The room was so clean and perfect that if I didn’t know any better, I’d think I was the first guest to ever stay in room #129! The location is super convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Very nice new property. Being new lots of little details weren’t right with my room. The deadbolt didn’t work, missing do not disturb sign, shower soap and shampoo not hanging in the shower and the air conditioning unit it very load and vibrating. Besides that this place is very clean with an amazing staff. I would definitely stay again.

Relatively new hotel with nice clean rooms. The front desk staff was very courteous & helpful. Quite close to Tampa airport & the zoo which worked out great for us! Just about 10 mins drive to either.

Wonderful Stay

This hotel was honestly so nice. I wasn't expecting to be blown away, but for the price I definitely was. The room was very clean, from the bed to the bathroom. The shower was big and got nice and hot. Beyond the room being nice, the hotel was very quiet, I didnt hear anyone in the rooms around me. Front desk staff were very nice and when our key stopped working they were quick to fix it for us no questions asked! Close to lots of food options and only a 20 min drive to downtown Tampa. Would definitely stay here again, hands down.

Aslynn at the front desk was excellent. She was short staffed and had already had quite the day but she was pleasant, friendly, informative, helpful and efficient. She's an asset to that hotel.
