Clean, nice house.

Very nice house. Didn’t get to use outside patio much due to it being cold in Tampa, but overall the house was good. Very clean. Neighborhood didn’t look the best but I was never bothered.

Great Stay

We were impress with the accommodations. They were spacious and clean. There were added goodies that we were not expecting but were appreciated. Most place we went to was a short drive. We would highly recommend the home to everyone.

Location is not in a safe neighborhood

Did not stay at the house. Location was close to venue BUT the neighborhood was not safe at all. Homes had bars on the windows, dented vehicles in front yards and the grass next to property was very unkept. Did not feel safe in area and stayed at a hotel.

Fabulous Home

We stayed for 1 night for a concert but wished we could’ve stayed longer & will definitely be back. The house was incredibly clean, the decor was so well done, the back patio was wonderfully put together, & the attention to detail from the host was immaculate. All of the amenities that were provided shows how much the host cares. ♥️ I will definitely be recommending this house to friends & family traveling to Tampa.

Property is centrally located to Busch Gardens, the Riverwalk , airport , and mall.Property is best if you are not just staying at the house all day. Not much to do in the neighborhood of house.

Be careful, do not stay here. This property is not what it is advertised as being. This house is located in a poor neighborhood. The one and only place to get comfortable was a single couch. Not enough seating for the six adults staying there. The couch had a four odor like spoiled milk. I tried to contact the owner and she was not available. There was poor communication from the start. This was not a “New Centrally Located Chic Family Home in Tampa.” We left 15 minutes after we arrived and stayed in a hotel in downtown Tampa.
