We were very disappointed with our stay. When we first checked in, the front desk associate, Patrick, appeared confused while looking at a map of the rooms and assigned us to a room that was already occupied. After walking all the way there and back, he apologized and gave us another room. Unfortunately, while settling in, another guest walked into our room with a working key card, which was extremely unsettling. On top of that, our key cards stopped working altogether and we had to return to the front desk a third time to have them fixed.
The room itself had multiple issues: several electrical outlets didn’t work, there were only shades instead of curtains which let in a lot of light while my son was trying to sleep on the sofa bed, and breakfast options were very limited with hardly any hot items.
On a positive note, the room was clean and the hotel’s proximity to Busch Gardens was convenient. However, due to the repeated check-in errors, security concerns, and overall lack of comfort, we would not choose to stay here again.
