The living room and bedroom were separate, and I appreciated the spacious, well-maintained environment. The outdoor pool and relaxation area were well maintained. The living room was equipped with a sofa, table, chairs, television, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and sink. A door led to the bedroom, which contained a bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, an additional television, a sink, and an adjoining bathroom. I enjoyed a comfortable stay. Due to my schedule, I was unable to partake in the breakfast buffet offered in the mornings.

Housekeeping did not collect our trash which caused the trash to pile up inside our room. The drain in the shower was inoperable. I notified the front desk, they said it was fixed but once I took another shower, the tub filled with water every time. Very low effort from staff. Probably will not stay at this hotel again.

Our check-in was fine, staff real friendly. Our room was cold, the heat didn’t work. We were moved into a new room. Heat was okay but not too good. FL was in a cold snap. Beds were fine. The shower pressure was poor and water Only warm.

Excellent customer service at the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. No complaints at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding community for restaurant suggestions and travel. Resort common areas were clean and safe. The breakfast was the only downfall. The food was awful, cold, and uninspiring. Definitely need to upgrade that end of the hospitality. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Great value and great service. Food-not so much.

The room was outstanding, a true two-room suite with nice appointments, Keurig, Microwave, fridge, balcony, very roomy bedroom. Wish there were an electrical outlet near the table/desk in the living room. Resolved balcony light at night by unscrewing bulb. Breakfast on several days was very complete. A great buy. All staff very freindly, would certainly return.

This hotel was by far the best I've stayed in in Florida. The suite was amazing! So big. Living room with tv, kitchenette, bedroom with tv, maybe bath with soaker tub. Balcony. The grounds were immaculate and so beautiful. The pool was clean and refreshing. The complimentary breakfast was oh so good. Those home made hash brown potatoes were superb. I could go on and on. The staff was so friendly at the front desk. Did I mention free shuttle service to Busch Gardens? I highly recommend this place and am already planning a return trip in September.
