Front desk was extremely friendly and kind and helpful. Great blueberry muffins for breakfast annd good coffee. Our room was very clean and the outside area around the pool was gorgeous. Very well kept annd clean. great location. We would highly recommend and will be back.

Amazing stay!!!

The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. When we were there we felt like we were in an island oasis! Everything is clean and well kept. There was a very clean pool, with a nice area around the pool. The hotel is perfect for couples as well as families. The breakfast was great. Just enough for a good healthy start to the day. Our room was clean and very cozy. We would highly recommend this hotel, and we’ll 100% return again and again.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was always very good. Pool was nice, sad to see some parents not supervising their children. Property was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Suite was nice and clean. Housekeeping were accommodating and polite. Would recommend for a Tampa stay.

The complimentary breakfast the staff knew the hotel was sold out and was unresponsive to request for additional food. When the staff would arrive they would put out limited food such as 3 apples and 4 bananas when they line was wrapped around the corner. Also, the Fitness center was under construction during our stay. However the staff wasn't aware the Fitness was closed had a hole in the ceiling.

The customer service was poor...they did not say that breakfast was available none of the amenities. I feel that I paid to much for a one night. Also the buildings should have the numbers where its visible once you parked.

My family and I loved it and enjoyed our time at there beautiful Oasis it has had great staff clean rooms with a baloncy the beds were soft plus you can control your A/C and great environment to stay and small market in the Hotel which is great if you don't wanna leave to go to the store but the Pool was gorgeous and the outdoor scenery was amazing it but the Oasis Bay Suites was a great experience and on top of that your close to Brush Gardens etc My family and I will back for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. I was really skeptical about this hotel. Wasn't sure if they posted old photos or not. I was very pleased.

The hotel is really good all in all. My room cost $175.00 which is a little high for what I got. The rooms are clean and the grounds are well kept. The surrounding area is a little sketchy.

The property is beautiful. Breakfast is good and expected. I enjoyed being able to take my breakfast outside and having various spaces to sit and relax . The only thing, is that the television didn’t work, which I could have spoken to the front desk about. However ,it gave me time to unplug and for the price it’s unbeatable. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Huge disappointment

Stay was disappointing. Wasn't told we didn't have access to restaurant/bar until after check in, dirty linens in bathroom from prior visitors, no hot water. Breakfast buffet had a heap of undercooked bacon and morning front desk lady ZERO help. Will not recommend or stay again.
