The room was nice but the food and shuttle service were subpar. Only gave it 4 stars for the good up front staff at the check in counter, muc of the staff does hav a language barrier so communication is very limited

0 Stars I normally never leave bad reviews, but I really don’t want another family visiting Busch Gardens to go through what we did. This place should honestly be called a motel. The rooms were extremely disappointing — they smelled musty, felt damp, and clearly needed much better cleaning. The overall environment was uncomfortable. The front desk staff was polite and attentive, but that’s the only positive. The rooms look nothing like the photos they advertise. I paid for two nights and ended up staying only one. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The room was extremely clean and spacious, staff was friendly upon checkin. My only complaint is the light outside the sliding glass door (to a patio you can’t use) that kept the bedroom illuminated and it felt like early morning all night, which as someone who needs darkness this wasn’t ideal.
