Location is great. Right in the middle of everything on Water Street, so you couldn't get much better than that. This is more of an Airbnb apartment than a hotel. There is no room service or daily housekeeping. I believe you have to stay 7 days or more to get housekeeping. The bed and furniture are really uncomfortable, which made for a rough night's sleep. There was no place in the unit to get comfortable. If you're simply looking for a place to crash, this place is great, especially if you're not planning on spending much time in the room. If you're expecting a more traditional hotel experience, it will likely fall short of your expectations.

Great place to stay if you wanna be right there in downtown Tampa! The view from our room was beautiful with all the lit up trees in downtown. Food, coffee, lounges, and grocery’s are basically 2-4 min walks so everything you need is right there, the room is a mini apartment with washer dryer full fridge dishwasher kitchen appliances too basically any amenities you need they have! The rooms were clean as well as the bathrooms, bed was super comfy and shower pressure was amazing, toilet however was a little weird but I mean nothing out of the ordinary 😂Stayed for a Galentines weekend and had lunch right across at predalinas and it was perfffff! Sundays they do a market right in front of the hotel so that’s something to walk around and enjoy! Staff is super wonderful parking is easy to navigate you just have to find the hotels parking garage (roost and ash share the parking garage) push for a ticket when you first arrive then take the elevator to the lobby and when you check in the charge the parking right to your credit card so no need to tap or pay at the machine in the entrance of the garage, you just enter and go with your key card, and for check out you just drop off your keys at the parking garage exit so super convenient and quick! All in all loved our stay!

Outstanding stay!! Roost Tampa is the second location I’ve stayed, the other in Cleveland. Both occasions, the entire facility was clean, great amenities and amazing staff. The room was absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The location was incredible with so much withing just the few blocks around the hotel. The hotel itself was very quiet, but I could not sleep with the windows open because the nightlife on the syreets below was somewhat louf. However, with the window closed, I could not hear any noise at all. I look forward to staying again!
