Overall the hotel appears clean however the room i was given had a very dirty bathroom and a hair found on the bed sheet, so the girl at the front desk switched my room for me. It was cleaner BUT still had hair in the shower. The lobby had a welcoming scent. The girl at the desk was very nice.

I would use this property again. It’s clean close to shopping and food. The only negative is the parking. When you check in they should tell you how to sign up for parking.

Shower too hot

The staff was wonderful, we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on the top floor where the bartender was friendly and very accommodating. The room had a very good layout and was very clean. The shower however gave water that was very hot and we could not reduce the temperature. We did not appreciate the parking charge. We stayed here before and will not go back again.

I was told that I would have to pay an extra 150. Dollar fee per night for each night of my stay. When I spoke with other pet owners they were told the same. I said I was not told this and she said it’s on our website. I booked on Hotels.com once I found out that it was only a one time fee I was very relieved. The shower floor was cleaned yet still dirty. Quality of bedding has gone down from pre Covid when I would Book all of my business trips at the Burbank location.
