The house has three bedrooms, one of which is also a home office with an Apple desk computer and a printer (sofa converts into a pull out bed with a memory foam full-size mattress). There is a home gym equipped with a treadmill, Marcy Smith Machine, weights, yoga mat, and other gym equipment.
Fully fenced backyard has a gazebo style sitting area with comfortable furniture and a fire pit for a full relaxation. Grill is available to those guests who enjoy barbecuing.
This house is nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, in close proximity to popular restaurants, exciting attractions, shopping centers, and everything else Tampa has to offer.
House Rules:
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
No Smoking: Smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/weed or any other kind of drugs are NOT ALLOWED inside or near the property.
No events are allowed.
Check-Out Time: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur additional fees.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Service animal rules don’t apply here. Any violation of this rule will result in additional cleaning fee.
Parking Instructions: Two vehicles can be parked on the driveway in front of the house free of charge. Additional street parking is available.
Guest Limit: The maximum occupancy is six guests. Extra fee of $50 is charged after 4 guests. Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM. Please inform in advance if you plan to have additional guests.
Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the bins provided. Trash collection is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Do not leave trash in common areas or outside the property.
Appliance Use: Use appliances (stove, oven, etc.) as the manual instructs. Report any malfunctions promptly. Do not leave appliances unattended while in use.
Wi-Fi Usage: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Please use it responsibly. Do not download or stream illegal or inappropriate content. Excessive usage may result in additional charges.
There are three cameras on the OUTSIDE of the property actively recording video and audio. One is overlooking the entrance door, second - the driveway, and the third one - the back door.
