Clean. Rooms are okay. Very narrow. Bathroom door is a big frosted glass barn door style that when someone uses in the middle of the night lights the whole room up. $44 dollars a night for mandatory valet parking seems extreme.

The breakfast was not well replenished and did not have many options. The beds were fairly comfortable for a hotel. The top floor bar and pool were a complete disappointment. You need to pay for park know before you go. Not much close by for food.

The place is really nice. Breakfast is good. They do not have free parking and you do have to pay. That’s the only thing I did not like about it other than that everything was good.

The only thing that I will recommend is to be more open and communicative regarding parking and the inconvenience about it since they don’t provide it unless it is at a very high cost for you to use public parking that also have an extra cost, and my only advice will be that this in the future will be Noticed and communicated among guest so they can be prepared

Outstanding service and immaculate rooms!!

Our stay was truly lovely. The entire property was exceptionally clean, the linens were fresh and smelled wonderful, and the service from every staff member — from the concierge and front desk to housekeeping and kitchen staff — was absolutely outstanding.

Great hotel. Went there for a Tuesday concert. The hotel is brand new and is in the heart of downtown. The arena for the concert was a 15 min walk.
