Outdated to say the least. However the location is great. Right on the river walk and has its own restaurant and bar. Rooms are pretty gross. Smell bad hot water does not work for more than 5 minutes so if there is a family or even 2 or more people you have to rush. Parking is not free as it advertises. You pay to park per day. Restaurant bar was nice expensive for the place it is. Staff was great and has a little snack shack next to check in. If going to Tampa again I would stay down on water street more expensive but WAY better

The property itself is nice and parking is a safe, gated option. The pillows are your typical pillows and the bed is not very comfortable for my own liking, but overall it was a good experience.
