Not as good as I remember.

Having a free parking garage was great! The hallways had a wonderful clean smell. But there were several issues worth mentioning. The room was very dark. Poor lighting. The shower didn’t drain well so you were essentially taking a bath by the end of the shower. The toilet also didn’t flush well. The TV only got 1 local Channel. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff he seemed bothered by me & offered to send someone up the next day if I insisted. Lastly, the fitness center didn’t have a water fountain and it was rather warm inside there. I stayed at this hotel one year ago & it is starting to show its age.

I’m very upset the pool was not available during my stay, I was not aware of this prior to check in or during checkin. It was not until the morning I wanted to use the pool and asked where it was…I was told I could be shuttled to another property to use their pool. I’m visiting from CT and would have liked some pool time during my down time. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience. Not a discount, free breakfast or even a coffee. I would have never stayed here if I knew I wouldn’t have a pool on premises to use.

We would never have booked this property had we known the pool was under construction! Never notified either before arriving or during checking into the property. Why would I ever assume a hotel pool in Florida would be out of commission for the entire 3 day stay. I voiced my displeasure and what meant with the front deck representative whom mentioned we “can jump on a bus and go to another hotel”. Not interested in shuttle busing to another property. Who the hell would?! WSG…you need to do better!
