3rd Party Bookings and Pre-Approval Required
a.) Third-Party Bookings: We do not allow third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the same individual who will be staying at the property. This ensures accountability and respect for our neighbors and property.

b.) Pre-Approval Required: Any booking request must be pre-approved. This helps us manage the impact on our neighbors and the property itself. Please provide detailed information about your group and the purpose of your stay during the booking process.

c.)VRBO for Work: For stays booked under the "VRBO for Work" category, prior confirmation is required. This allows us to evaluate the nature of the booking and the number of guests.
