Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash days are Tuesday and Fridays. Large black trash cans will be taken out on those days. Please place your trash in them. BLUE one is reciclyn BLACK one is normal garbage.
If you need extra cleaning during your stay, please let me know. We have it available for an extra fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host were nice. Keep in mind. This is a new listing. However, I had gotten the impression that the owner is not use to sharing properly with strangers. That is just my opinion. The neighborhood is very spooky at night like a ghost town. The local convention store closes earlier than usual. So you have to drive to the next local convenience store.The living space is nice like a small studio apartment. And no kitchen access. The only problem, I had was the shower is too close to the toilet. If you are staying for 2 days. I do recommend it not longer stays. If not found something else that better fit your needs.
