The lock on the main door was broken, the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, missing soap and other toiletries, sink slashed water all over, shower door made a terrible sound, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway and other rooms.

The room was okay. The location is great. The front desk did not have many customer service skills, anytime we had contact with them. Don’t stay in the room to relax during the day at anytime. I have never heard a noisier cleaning staff. It’s a nice hotel, maybe just new so people are learning!

There was a funky smell in the room and realized in the morning that the trash from previous guest was not disposed and food was sitting in the trash. No extra toilet paper to replace empty one. Went to front desk to buy ibuprofen and there was none.

Despite being a brand new hotel, there were several problems which we never expected from a new hotel. To start with the first room we were put in was the weirdest room I've ever stayed in. Located behind the elevator mechanical room I'm pretty the cleaning staff didn't even know it was there. The brand new shower was missing any soap or shampoo dispensers and there isn't even a shelf to put a bar of soap on. There are no deflectors on the edge of the shower door so you get a lake of water on the floor every time you use the shower. Randomly in the middle of the night one of the breakers for the room popped and we almost lost a fridge full of food if we hadn't noticed it wasn't working. After all that we asked to move into a different room, which at least had shampoo and soap in the shower. Still no water deflectors so you got a lake of water on the floor each time. Overall the fit and finish of this hotel is very poor and it's not going to take very long before it is in bad condition.

Nice property, very new and updated. Maybe 10-15 minutes from downtown. Welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms were nice clean and spacious. I only had an issue with the door but that was addressed right away and I don’t there was a sunshade to block the early morning sun so when the sun rose each morning it came through the cloth curtain right into the room.

The bathroom did not close shut. Construction problem. Hot water for showers took forever to get to the third floor level. The entry door to the suite was very heavy to open and swing open. Does not meet ADA. Coffee served on the main level was not good. On the other hand.. Staff treated us very well. Room super clean. Bed and Pillow very comfortable. Staff very friendly

Sheets were like sand paper, $150 night room no continental breakfast, not even coffee included. Staff completely uncommunicative. I will never stay at another Wyndam property.

There was no hot water in the room for 2 days. When I communicated it to the room service staff, they said they would check on it but never got back to me. Customer service was very lacking and staff seemed inexperienced.
