`Penthouse` is a modern one-bedroom apartment located in the very heart of Tampere downtown next to Park Koskipuisto and Tammerkoski rapids. The apartment is located in 3rd floor of a historical building that was built in 1920.

The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment with an open concept kitchen and a private sauna in the bathroom for you to use. There is two double beds in the bedroom and a bed sofa in the living room.
