When I came to check in (mid afternoon), nobody was at the desk, and there was a sign at the door telling anyone that the staff will be back, but gave no time-frame. The properties exterior are looking totally neglected. Mold is growing on the sides. Also, the pool was drained and unusable for guests.

It's not bad if you stay overnight. The room is really spacious, kitchen is good. Some concerns were raised about the bed and linen quality, but it turned out to be ok'ish. The listing mentioned an airport shuttle, but there is no airport shuttle anymore, so $15+$1 per bag were paid for taxi ride which is 5 min long. On the way back the hotel manager was generous to offer us a ride to the airport, and for that we are really grateful. We could have just walked back to the terminal (it's 20 min walk), but there is no acceptable pedestrian walkway neither.

Rooms have many years of dirt and dust in Curtains and walls. Never cleaned Towles are frayed and holes in them for many years of use. Linens are threadbare. Pillows completely worn and flat. Kitchenette disgustingly dirty with grease burned into stove top and grease spats everywhere turning yellow and caked on Actually rust on top of refrigerator collecting in small piles. Fleas and bugs everywhere saw actually fleas on my computer screen while working wall paper taped with scotch brand top holding it onto walls. Shower curtain black mold at bottom Black mold along tub Thread bare chair cover. Completely worn away unbelievable place. Pool empty after a few years with algae at bottom of pool with black mold everywhere on walls of pool and wall surround pool. Its too funny comparing orbitz photos and actual photos

The hotel is advertised on orbitz website with photos of pool. The poo has not been used in years. There is water on drain area with algae and dark black moding on sll the walls snd balconies surround the inner pool area. The rooms have years stain in white curtains. They have never been cleaned and are sctually tanish with stains. The kitchen is worse. The walls are greasy from years of use the stove has actually grease still on stove top burner trays. Solid black burned grease. The towels have holes and tears in them from years use and not replaced pullows are completely flat for years yse and never replaced. I had to purchase a pillow. This stay was for business. Terrible ! Reminded me of the place in a movie comedy with gurgling pool from algae

I got a big suite with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. Property a little "fifties" style but very clean. I did order a wakeup call at 4:30 but did not get any, personally, in the reception when I arrived. in the morning the reception said none had been ordered. Even if it had gone through the phone was so complicated it might have been set to mute, and I would have had no clue. Also the phone was in the living room and not in the bedroom. The bath tub had no bars to hold on to, but slippery protection at the bottom. The free shuttle bus to the airport that I had ordered in the reception when I arrived was there as ordered at 5 am. However they have no shuttle service FROM the airport to the hotel. But it is close so it is easy to take a taxi. It was possible to buy drinks and snacks in the reception for very reasonable prices.

Perfect for an overnight stay

It’s convenient to the airport and a 10 minute walk to Donki Mall, a must see Japanese supermarket and mall. Friendly staff. The hotel is dated but clean and everything worked, o had a studio with kitchen and refrigerator. Perfect for an overnight stay and reasonable price
