The staff were great! However, the rooms were rubbish. Your website states you have air conditioning when in fact all you have is VERY loud fans that do nothing to cool the room. We cancelled a previous hotel to re book with yourselves, knowing that the weather was going to be hot, as you said you had air conditoning. We won't be using Holiday Inn Express again.

Staff were lovely and helpful. The sofa bed was in poor condition, springs missing and very hard. We only found out at 9pm when putting our 4 yr old to bed, too late to have the upheaval of moving rooms.

Very nice for the money I paid, excellent shower. Clearly very new so everything was very clean and well appointed.
