We offer you the charming and sun-drenched La Marjan room, offering a view of the Medina and the surrounding neighborhood.

Breakfast is not included in the rate and is served every morning from 8:30 AM to 10 AM. Enjoy a hot drink, orange juice, bread, and Moroccan pancakes accompanied by jam, amlou, cheese, fried or scrambled eggs, and yogurt.

Immerse yourself in an authentic Tangier house in the heart of the Kasbah, just steps away from the legendary Baba café — the very spot where the Rolling Stones once stopped! Our charming house offers 5 double rooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy.

But that’s not all! Enjoy breathtaking sea views from our terrace, with a panorama that stretches from the Medina to the port of Tangier, the new city, and all the way to the Spanish coast. Come and experience the magic of Tangier!

You will have access to our two panoramic terraces and the common lounge on the first floor, where you can cook, read, listen to music, and relax. A perfect space to fully enjoy your stay.

For an authentic experience, book a traditional treatment in the hammam located on the ground floor for €50 per person.

Walid and Wiame are available to assist you throughout your stay. Our priority is that you feel at home.

If you come by car, you can park at Mechouar Square. If you arrive by taxi, your driver can drop you off at Amrah Square; from there, go down a few steps, and our house is next to a water fountain.

We work with a transport company whose drivers know the house well and will be happy to help you with your luggage. The transfer price from Tangier Airport is €25.

- The entire premises are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop terrace. Any guest found smoking or having smoked inside the rooms or elsewhere on the property will be subject to a €100 fine.

- Pets are not permitted on the premises.

- We ask all guests to respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.

- Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Late check-in after 7:00 PM will incur a €20 fee, payable on your guest portal link by card.

- Only the guests registered at the time of booking are permitted to stay on the property.

- Guest registration: In compliance with local regulations and for your safety, all guests must complete an online registration prior to arrival. Please complete the online check-in form sent to you via Airbnb message or email and upload a clear image of your passport (for foreign nationals) or both sides of your Moroccan ID card (for Moroccan nationals).

- To preserve a calm and enjoyable atmosphere, parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Outside visitors or unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. Any guest found permitting unregistered visitors or overnight stays by unauthorized persons will be asked to vacate the property immediately without compensation or refund.

- In accordance with Moroccan law (Article 490), we cannot accommodate unmarried couples where one or both partners hold Moroccan nationality unless a valid marriage certificate is presented. This policy applies to Moroccan nationals regardless of dual citizenship status. Please have your marriage certificate available as no exceptions will be made.

- By staying with us, you agree to comply with Moroccan laws and acknowledge that these may differ from those in your country of residence.

- Guests whose conduct is disrespectful towards the property, other guests, or who violate Moroccan law may be asked to leave without compensation or refund. This policy is in place to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests.

- A pre-authorization of 150€ will be made on the main guest card as a security deposit. Please add your card on your guest portal so we can initiate the pre-authorization. The pre-authorization will be released 24h after check-out after our team has checked the room and no damages have been noted. If any damages or smoking are noticed to have happened, the damage amounts will be deducted from the pre-authorization.
