The building consists of 4 fully independent apartments, plus a common social room for all guests. It has an apartment, designed for people with reduced mobility. The apartments were completely renovated in 2012, trying to maintain the stone and the original forms of the house as much as possible. Next to the building where the apartments are located, there is a covered garage for 4 cars, as well as a laundry, for the guests themselves.
