Comfortable 80 mq apartment with typical wooden furniture without elevator that can accommodate up to 4 people, on the third floor of a building in the main street. It overlooks the ski resorts, Mount Priesnig and a part of the Julian Alps. A few meters away is the Alpe-Adria cycle path.

In front of the property there is a fee parking on the street (blue lines), while a few steps away there is a free one NOT available on Tuesdays and Saturdays for the market.



Accommodation is organized as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with wooden sofa and two armchairs and TV

- KITCHEN with 4-burners, sink, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster and dining table with chairs.

- BEDROOM 1 with double bed and a drawer.

- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds and a drawer.

- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet and wc.



OTHER SERVICES: independent heating, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.



Tarvisio is a popular tourist destination throughout the year: in the warm months for its cultural and naturalistic richness, in the cold months for the attractions related to winter sports.

All around the center of Tarvisio, the municipal area is dotted with fascinating villages and unmissable naturalistic itineraries.



- Sanctuary of the Madonna del Lussari: 30 minutes by car

- Cave del Predil: 13 minutes by car

- Laghi di Fusine: 16 minutes by car

- Val Bartolo and Val Saisera: 20 minutes by car

- Nuova Priesnig chairlift (ski slopes): 3 minutes by car



The most convenient and comfortable way of reachng Tarvisio (and the apartment) and of visiting the area is by car. Tarvisio can be reached by taking A-23 motorway with Tarvisio exit (attention: this is the last Italian exit) or by taking SS 13, which from Udine will take you directly to Tarvisio, crossing the entire Val Canale.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.



We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost:



- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.
