Carpets were stained. The mat by the front door was disgusting. The sofa bed was an insult to the price we paid. The blanket on the sofa bed was substandard. Very disappointed considering the location is perfect. Advertising is very misleading.

A bit misleading stating Newly built when in actual fact it is an older motel that has been refurbished inside the rooms. More attention to detail needed by housekeeping staff. Cobwebs and filthy iron

The staff at the front desk was amazing: helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. (We survived our Sky Diving...if they are reading this). It was in a great location, walked to restaurants and lake front.

This hotel is perfectly located by the water and an easy walk into town. The room was very large and the outdoor grill area an extra bonus. There was plenty of parking available.
