Very fast and easy check in. Lady on reception was Incredibly lovely. The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, from just what we are used to but we were only staying one night so was perfectly fine. Would highly recommend for the price especially as we had the luxury 2 bedroom apartment.

Check in process was reasonably quick and the location is decent enough. The rooms are okay although some things looked quite dated ie. TV but still works fine. I'm not a fan of the shower design as the shower curtain does not stop water splashing below it which means wet floor everyhere around it which includes in front of the toilet as well as the sink. Parking was also not the best as. I needed the disability spot and it was very hard to get to it as space was quite narrow and combined with people who can't park properly, made it impossible to maneouver to it.

Normally a good stay, was unfortunately missing shower gel body wash shampoo in shower the dispenser was completely empty so I had to use the soap bar instead to shower as was late at night

Stayed in the spa suite during some very cold NZ weather. Room was clean, warm with the heat pump going and the tv had great options. A hot spa bath, movie and very comfortable bed was just what we needed for some r&r on our road trip. Quiet and convenient location right near the lake and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back.
