The room is sort of dirty. We found a dead cockroach, and my husband got bitten by an ant which disturbed his sleep a lot. The toilet is super old. But the room is very spacious and the bed is very big.

The room was in good condition and staff were very helpful. Only suggestion is that there should be a grab rail in the shower as the metal floor can get slippery and maybe not safe especially for older people.

The room felt outdated and had crums in the couches. The photos seemed like they where from when it first opened so wear and tear didnt show until you arrived there. The lawns where only mowed by the trampoline and BBQ but left over grown (knee height) by the swings and in all the garden beds weeds where growing & on your way to the pool grass was really overgrown which made you question if your going the right way. The Pool room itself was ok, but pool maintenance could be better. Green goo on the sides and floor (say geothermic pool but will have to question that cause it didnt feel or smell like one). Staff where lovely though & beds were comfy.

There were insects in the room …cleaning was not proper! Overall the stay was nt really good according to the price we paid the rooms were not that good!! The pictures they show the rooms were really different

Overall it was good, but lacked basic things like small lamps for side tables. Wifi code didn’t work and office was closed early so couldn’t get a solution. The shower was in desperate need of replacing along with the lino in bathroom….would make it hygienic. Bed was like a rock. Everything else was really clean.

The room was OK but the bathroom is terrible, Had to run around the shower to get wet, really poor pressure, the TV is too small for the large room. I class it cheap but cheerful but the above issues will prevent me from returning
