From the foreshore you'll take in beautiful views across to Mount Maunganui — a reminder that one of the Bay of Plenty's most iconic landmarks is only a 15-minute drive away.
The apartment itself is newly renovated — bright, modern, and generously laid out for a ground-floor unit. Three well-sized bedrooms and a contemporary bathroom with a large soaking bath give families and groups plenty of room to settle in and spread out. Open-plan living keeps things easy for shared meals and relaxed evenings together.
Step outside and everything feels within reach — Bureta Park Shopping Centre is nearby for supplies and casual dining, while the waterfront reserves are just a short stroll for morning swims, picnics, and time with the kids. Tauranga's city centre is only ten minutes away by car, making this an ideal base whether you're here for a family holiday, a short getaway, or exploring the wider Bay of Plenty.
A heat pump keeps the apartment comfortable year-round, and a BBQ is provided for easy outdoor meals. Self check-in makes arrival simple, so you can get settled and get into holiday mode without any fuss.
