Mins to Tauranga city, 19 to Mount beaches. 5 mins walk to shops & supermarket. 1.8 km to Fern land spa & hot pools. Use superb swimming pool & cabana. Free wifi & free Safe parking, for one car, up tree line drive well off the street. Use of a Large fridge. Tea & coffee in room. No kitchen or washing machine.. Tea & coffee facilities in room. Sauna at extra charge otherwise No extra fees. There is another bedroom in the guest wing but usually they are not both booked so you have the guest wing to yourself but not guaranteed. Suitable 1 or 2 adults only. No additional fees. Later 11 am check out.

Shane's Amazing Property

Great communication, and everything as described. Only downside was not that clean. Rooms and pool need a deep clean. Shane was a great host, and the property is amazing. The rooms were cool in very hot weather, with comfortable beds.
