Check in was SO confusing. We were looking for the resort and check in was a very small office building on the main highway. The resort was approximately two miles from there. Rooms were pretty good but with two rooms being booked at the same time, we ended up in separate buildings with one being a two bedroom suite and the other a one bedroom suite. One battery from TV remote was removed and found in nightstand. Blind in bedroom wasn't working properly so hung shirt to avoid no peeking from the exterior walkway. Very quiet. It seems like a nice place if you were to bring your own fishing boat with. Weather was cool so didn't use the pool or beach.

Overall, it was somewhere to stay. Tried a local restaurant (Crooked Palm - great). Unit needs some renovations/replacements/cleaning. Our rental (3207) was none of those pictured. Check in is OFF-SITE. The kitchen cabinet laminate has come off in large parts. The couch needs replaced - creaks when you sit, worn out cushions, and the back needs a pillow so you don't fall into the hole of what used to be the back support. Master bedroom - lightswitch wouldn't stay up and sparked when it got turned on. We called, told someone would look at it the next day. Bed was ok; old. TV was crooked but the TV or Internet box was balancing on it so I didn't want to straighten it out. Master bath - the shower is a large (twice the size of the balcony easily) walk-in with glass door. Could be very nice, but the only shower head isn't very adjustable at all and you have to straddle the drain to stand under the water. The drain is several inches too low and instead of raising it they just made it into a sloped 12" pothole, thus the straddling requirement. Cleanliness - clean sheets, counters, shower door/sink/toilet was clean but no one has touched the vanity itself, the door handles, light switches in years and the grout in and out of the shower is very discolored. Touch up paint has been done poorly, flaked off and redone, there's paint on the floor, vanity, wall, etc. Balcony is tiny but exists. Feral cats and raccoons were watched from here.

The place was great. Great amenities, bar, location, etc. Room could’ve been cleaner. The beds has noticeable sand and debris on them and on the base of the beds. The floors were pretty dirty to the point that our feet and socks turned black. A deep and better clean and I would definitely give 5 stars.

The kitchen was lacking baking dishes. The room was no better than an average hotel we've stayed at - mattress not good, decor was worn, only broom and mop for cleaning, no dust pan, cheap dresser - drawers did not work and were dirty. Nice walk in shower, view nice though balcony tiny, pool and hot tub nice, beach deceptive from pictures - sandy to the water, but squishy and rocky walking in. Great having washer/dryer. Overall, expected better for the price.

While the condo unit we stayed in was fairly basic, it was clean and comfortable. The overall Ocean Pointe community was enjoyable with nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the on site restaurant.

The ocean view was as I expected. Mostly mangroves with a slice of ocean beyond. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The on-site restaurant was great too! However, we were disappointed with the rocky beach. Also, we weren’t aware that we had to check in first at an off-site location.

The staff at check-in was very unfriendly and acted like they were doing me a favor when doing their job. It was a negative start to our stay. The space was dull. View was mediocre. I had to send multiple text messages to the Housekeeping number before getting a response and even more messages to actually receive what I requested.

The condo was in poor to okay condition. One couch and one patio chair were broken. The blinds in the small room were broken. Overall, it was clean except for portions of the ceiling and the wall vents. We requested a few things from housekeeping via text, as instructed, and did not receive anything we asked for. We purchased our own toilet paper and dishwasher detergent because we ran out and did not receive replacements. The King bedroom was nice but the bedroom with the queen bed was tiny and did not have a closet so there was no space for luggage or clothing. There are no bathrooms at the beach. We had a tiny view of the ocean and the balcony off the living room was very narrow with barely enough room for two basic chairs.

The amount of space was the only thing that this place has going for it, it was extremely outdated and I could have been fine w/that had it been clean and well stocked per the description, this was not at all the case! Requested more bath towels as there were not enough for 3 adults and needed an extra blanket they said yes sure be right there and never received anything just texts saying they were bring it??? Never saw anyone to help didn’t seem that anyone cared enough to make this very reasonable request happen! Very disappointed ☹️ maybe other condos are nice but #1309 stay away from & again no one to help!

The rooms have red ants which will bite you entire night. The rooms are not clean and utensils are dirty as well. I won’t recommend this to any family. Unresponsive staff, no one to hear your complaints.
