Room was just ok, but could use a little updating. Bathrooms were dim and poorly lit. Room view was ok but mainly of the mangroves, ocean was quite a long distance away. Beach area was not really an area that was nice and inviting as pictured. Pool area was very nice and Island Grill staff were great!

The rooms were great, as is the setting. Unfortunately they were doing work on the building we were in, which meant jackhammers starting at 8 a.m. until after 5 p.m. Nothing like paying a couple hundred dollars a day to be chased out of your room all day

Service is just straight terrible, I asked to get my linens changed and never got done. I didnt have hot shower in the main bathroom. Fridge was super dirty. All the toiletries were used.

Staff was friendly Except Donald at the reception. I hope he was having a bad day and that he is not like this with everyone. I recommend the place to those interested in boating and relaxing.

The condo in some areas was not very clean a lot of dust from the air-condition. Also, air condition was very loud it needs service. The unit also needs a new bed it was horrible and the owner needs to update the furniture its on its last leg all of the furniture.

When we first checked in, we were given a unit and upon entering the unit, we realize there were suitcases and personal effects from somebody else. The unit we were given was previously occupied, so there was some mistake with the booking. We had to pack all our bags back into the car and drive back to the welcome center to get a new unit assigned to us. This was frustrating because it was late in the evening and it was raining. We finally got a vacant unit however it was not the cleanest. There were some dead roaches on the floor as well as some hair in both of the showers. It was not really dirty, but it did not feel like it was really cleaned too well. Overall, not the best experience.

Second hand smoke at the gate when we arrived from rhe gate worker. And also smelled it at the pool and the balcony all from employees like maintenance men or gate keeper. Also maintenance man tried to come in the room when my daughter said we were busy he used his key card to open and she slammed the door on him. Why would he open the door after hearing a voice on the other side??? Also the beach was terrible and smelled toxic like flesh eating bacteria for sure.

The room that was assigned to us was nothing more than a Motel 6. It was dirty, the only bed was a full size. It needs updating from 1979. The cabinets were in such poor shape they had to screw the doors shut in the bathroom. Active mold in the shower which means they did not clean in between tenants. the tub was an old spa tub that did not work. shoddy repairs. The a/c was cold and showers were hot. the sleeper sofa was old and gross, sleeper mattress even worse. scratches and scuffs all over the tv credenza. we took pictures.

Overall, it was decent. The shower knob was broken and hanging out of the wall slightly. The sheets on the pull out couch had crumbs on them. Everything else felt outdated but still clean. The pool area was relaxing and had a cute little snack bar.

The pictures on the website are not what they are in reality. Found dirty tissues under beds. Broken cupboard doors. Sofa - to convinced it was clean. Had to sit in blankets. Beach was rubbish. Location bad. Right near trailer park. Could not walk anywhere

We were just checking the prices at ocean point after we got home. And it appears. That we could have stayed Sunday through Thursday for less money than we stayed. For 3 days. We were wondering how that works
