Villa Matilde N° 2 , made up of five adjacent apartments, is composed as follows:
First unit: the apartment features three bedrooms, including one air-conditioned double room with an additional single bed, one twin bedroom, and a third double bedroom with a sofa bed (three-quarter size). A very spacious dining room complete with a kitchen equipped with all comforts for meal preparation. A full bathroom with an anteroom and shower box is available, along with two large verandas, one at the front and one at the back—ideal for breakfasts, lunches, or dinners outdoors, perfect for your four-legged friends to play safely.
Second unit: the apartment includes a dining room furnished with table and chairs and a kitchen complete with all comforts for meal preparation. There are four bedrooms, each equipped with a ceiling fan: one double bedroom with an additional single bed, one twin bedroom with an additional single bed, one twin bedroom, and finally one double bedroom. The property also features two bathrooms, one internal complete with a shower box, and one external with a shower box (no bidet), where the washing machine is located for guest use. Two large verandas, one at the front and one at the back, are also available to guests, perfect for outdoor meals and for letting your pets play freely.
Third unit: the apartment is on a raised floor and features an entrance area with a sofa bed (three-quarter size), a living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, and another three-quarter sofa bed. A large kitchen is furnished with table and chairs and a cooking area complete with all comforts for meal preparation. There are two bedrooms: one air-conditioned double room with an additional single bed and one air-conditioned twin bedroom. The property includes a full bathroom with a tub and an anteroom. Two large verandas, one at the front and one at the back, complete the apartment—ideal for outdoor dining and perfect for your four-legged companions.
Fourth unit: the apartment consists of a living area at the entrance with a comfortable three-quarter sofa bed, a dining room with a kitchen equipped with all comforts for meal preparation. The property includes one air-conditioned double bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower box, and a cold outdoor shower shared with the adjacent apartment. Guests also have access to a front veranda ideal for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners outdoors, perfect for your pets to play.
Fifth unit: the apartment consists of a dining room furnished with table and chairs and a kitchen equipped with all comforts for meal preparation. Two air-conditioned bedrooms: one double room with two additional single beds and one twin bedroom. A full bathroom with shower box and anteroom, and a front veranda ideal for outdoor dining and letting your pets play. There is also a cold outdoor shower shared with the adjacent apartment.

Nearby, you will also find the Regional Natural Park of Punta Pizzo and the Island of Sant’Andrea , perfect for hiking and nature walks.
