The Townhouse Aqua Maris is a typical Algarve house, carefully adjusted to offer comfort and functionality in the heart of Tavira. Located just a few steps from the Gilão river and close to the region's most emblematic beaches, this property is distributed over three floors and is ideal for families or small groups wishing to explore the Sotavento Algarve.
With a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with shower, the house offers a practical layout:
On the first floor, there is a suite with a double bed, two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The open-plan living room and kitchen offer a welcoming and functional space, with access to a balcony overlooking the historic centre. On this floor, there is also a laundry room.
On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms: a suite with a double bed, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, as well as another bathroom.
The third floor features a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city and a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation moments.
A few minutes from Tavira Castle, from the ferries to Tavira Island and from the Terra Estreita and Barril beaches, the Townhouse Aqua Maris offers the perfect balance between Algarve authenticity, comfort and privileged location.
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the usual property changeover day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the reservation, so that we can confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 10.
From the 11th guest onwards, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
