Relax e pace con vista meravigliosa

Bellissima villa con splendida vista sul castello di Gradara e le colline circostanti Al piano terra grandissimo salone e cucina più un porticato quadrato dove poter mangiare Sotto la taverna con un bagno Al piano superiore 4 camere con bagno All esterno casetta per gli attrezzi con bagno C è piscinetta esterna per bimbi Ping pong e barbecue Giardino con pergolato e lettini circondato da lavanda e alberi di ulivo In 20 minuti di macchina si può raggiungere Riccione o Pesaro in 15 minuti Gabicce Per essere perfetta servirebbe un poco di manutenzione (infissi e bagno) Osvaldo e la moglie si sono attivati subito per risolvere problema su lavatrice Accoglienza top con frutta, panettone salato e bibite
