Great view!

Very spacious with one of the best views in Te Anau. An older building but renovated to a comfortable standard. The lake across the road has a walking path to the town. The road in front of the property was not busy and parking was directly in front of the room. I would stay be again.

Stayed in a single room for one night before the Milford Track. Basic, no frills room with dated bedding and furniture but it was clean and the price was right. The kitchen and bathrooms were also clean. No amenities are provided but they sell single use soap and shampoo in the shop. A pleasant 20 minute walk to the heart of town for shopping and food. It's my third time staying here and I will stay again when in Te Anau.

1 bedroom suite was old but comfortable

Many room and RV options. 1 BR suite had a nice outside porch. The bathroom was new but the kitchen and rest of suite was old and missing some obvious things like a can/bottle opener.

Convenient, comfortable and practical

We had a Studio with a comfortable bed, a small sofa and small table with two (not particularly comfortable) chairs. Enough room not to trip over suitcases and other bags. The kitchenette was perfectly good: a fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, large electric frying pan, microwave and two ring electric hob - great for basic meals. The en suite shower and toilet room was fine - plenty of hot water. Parking right outside. A couple of chairs to sit on the small deck outside. The holiday park is quite large with a mix of accommodation types and areas for campervans and tents. But it was quiet and there was no disturbance during our stay. You're unlikely to get a view of the lake - but "so what!" the lakefront is a short walk away and you can easily reach the restaurants, cafes and shops in town on foot. The visitor centre is closeby, if it's open ... The only small niggle was that the WiFi got very slow and dropped off at times. A couple of SKY TV channels allowed me to watch the rugby - result!

Great staff, made check in and out easy. Location is perfectly located and a nice walk into town. About 2 hrs drive and your in the stunning area of Milford Sound. The property is very clean and well maintained. We lived our stay.

248 photos of various rooms and facilities. I could not find a photo of the room I ended up in. It was out dated, carpet up the wall. Thin walls, plenty of creeks and noisy. It reminded me of an old boarding house. I asked if there were any other rooms to upgrade to and there wasn't. Only stayed one of the nights. Felt the photos are misleading.
