Rare sand BEACHFRONT condo in short walking distance to everything (local market, bars, restaurants and more! Experience the authentic Pura Vida lifestyle with the Yoga Center and Under the Sea (PADI Certified) just a few feet away. Scuba/Snorkel the Catalina Islands visible from your very own beach. Walk barefoot in the sand to Hemingways and enjoy dinner and live music at night under the stars or hit the high-end Flamingo Marina and dine/shop yacht side.

The space
Located all on one level and accessed via a single staircase, you will enter directly into the main room opening onto the terrace, fully equipped open kitchen opening to the living room. The corridor leads to the first bathroom, the 1st bedroom then the master bedroom, its own dressing room and its own bathroom. The condo is one level above the entryway to the condominium building. One bedroom is convertible to one Queen or (2) twin beds. The living room couch pulls out into an additional full size bed to sleep one large adult or two children comfortably.

The condo is completely private, you will benefit from the large shared swimming pool with 4 other condos.

My family loved our stay at Beach Pearl! The host was very communicative before our arrival, and check-in was seamless. The home was exactly as described… except the sunsets, which were even more stunning in person! Such a treat every night. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to great restaurants and multiple markets. Thank you for a great stay!
