Summary:
Welcome to our lake front home on Watts Bar Lake. Come enjoy the serenity of central Tennessee and create lasting memories with your family & friends.
You're welcome to bring your own boat and tie up at our dock, or rent a boat from Blue Springs Marina directly across the lake. Hang out on the screened in porch w/wood burning fireplace or sip coffee watching the sunrise over the lake. If schedule allows and the home is clean & ready, we offer FREE early Check-In when schedule permits. Just ask when you book.

The Space:
The main floor consists of an open living floorplan with kitchen, dining and living area. Great for family and friends gathering. Off the front foyer or back patio, there is a beautiful screened in patio with a wood burning fireplace and big screen smart TV. The rest of the main floor consists of a hallway accessed full bathroom, a Queen bedroom with a 1/2 bath on-suite and the bunk room with 4BR's.

Heading upstairs via the central stair case, you'll find 4 total Bedrooms all with King Beds. They flank each side of the house. Between the 4 bedrooms are 2 full bathrooms. The lake facing bedrooms each have doorways out to the balcony overlooking the lake and the backyard. A perfect place to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of Joe. Each bedroom has a sizable closest, the 2 lake facing bedrooms have almost room sized closets that we've found can make a sleeping alcove for infants or toddlers.

The large lot is yours to enjoy and recreate. There is a patio and firepit down by the lake as well as the boathouse with tandem double slip as well as a floating platform for standup paddle boards or jet skis. As mentioned, Blue Springs Marina is located directly across the lake from our home where you can rent pontoon boats. Blue Springs buys new boats each year for their rental fleet. They are high quality!

NOTE: This is a TVA Dammed Lake. The water goes down seasonally and we do not have water to the dock during the winter months. The water starts to recede in NOV and by DEC there is no water at the dock. Water starts to return in late MAR and full pool is the last week of April where water at the dock will be 4 feet deep.

And don't forget the outdoor shower located on the east side of the home right off the patio. The patio also hosts a large gas grill for outdoor cooking/bbq'ing!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property while staying at our home including the boathouse. The water at the boathouse is 4 feet deep at full TVA pool that is reached on April 18 every year.

There is a locked owners closet in the home as well as the storage shed in the driveway that is not available. Other than that, it's all yours for your the entirety of your stay.

We offer early check-in or check-out when possible which is based on other guests and/or cleaner schedule. Please inquire as needed.
