The Smithy is a delightful semi-detached cottage resting in Ivy Tower Holiday Village on the outskirts of St Florence, Pembrokeshire and can sleep five guests in three bedrooms.



The Space:

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a sitting room featuring TV with Freeview, DVD, CD player, radio, selection of books, games and DVDs, as well as an electric fire, and a conservatory/dining room with seating for six people. The bedrooms consist of a double, twin and single, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is a front private lawned garden with furniture and shared lawned grounds with barbecues, crazy golf, tennis courts and childrens' play area, along with Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, this is bookable in 1hr slots and must be booked 24hrs in advance. There is off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. One well-behaved dogs are welcome. A highchair, stairgate and travel cot are available. Whisk your loved ones away for a memorable stay at The Smithy. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead outdoors. Note: Parking is in private car park 20 yards from property, with loading/unloading outside cottage. The Neighborhood:

St. Florence, a charming village near Tenby, is an award-winning community in the heart of Pembrokeshire with a village shop and two pubs offering decent meals. A garden centre with a cafe and beautiful rural hikes are available. The Manor House Wildlife Park, often known as the Welsh Zoo on television, is located just outside of the hamlet and is owned and operated by Anna Ryder Richardson. Heatherton Park, with its 18-hole golf course, is directly across the street from the zoo.
