Located on the edge of the woods, it provides direct access to lovely hiking trails. Enjoy its two terraces: one on the roof facing due south, the other at the back, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for summer meals. Nearby, explore the famous Gardens of the Imaginary, the Périgord castles, gourmet markets, walks along the Vézère, or taste truffles, foie gras and walnuts, treasures of local gastronomy. A break in nature with family or friends.



Push open the entrance door and discover a large living space of nearly 45m2. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare delicious meals. For your breakfasts, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available. Share your meals around the dining table perfect for 7 people. In the evening, gather in the living room around the sofa, coffee table and television.



Behind the kitchen, the first bathroom includes a shower, toilet and a hairdryer. A first bedroom is located at the back of the living room, with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a single bed (120x190 cm) and a dressing area.



Upstairs, two bedrooms await you: on the right, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and private bathroom (shower and WC); on the left, a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm), a sofa bed (ideal for a child) and direct access to the south-facing terrace to enjoy the sunshine.



For more comfort, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.
