Looking for a clean, comfortable 4 bedroom home in Terre Haute? This is it!

Street parking only. Up to 2 vehicles may park in front of the property. Please note that parking spaces are public and not reserved.

3 bedrooms on first floor and 4th bedroom on 2nd floor - 1.5 bathrooms. This home is equipped with everything you need, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a coffee bar with starter coffees and fixings, a snack basket, essential toiletries, linens, and washer/dryer!

The kitchen comes with coffeemaker (drip and Keurig), dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster. We have a filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator.

The living room has a sectional sofa where you can relax and watch the 55” flat screen smart TV. Each room has blackout blinds if you prefer the house to be darker.

There are 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The master bedroom on the first floor has a King bed and a 50` Smart TV. The second bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds with LED lights run by remotes. It`s a cute room for kids and even some adults may enjoy it just as much. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have Queen beds and the 4th bedroom (upstairs) also has a 40` flat screen TV to be used with a fire stick. The bathroom attached to this bedroom is a half bath.

Step outside into the backyard where you can enjoy sitting or relaxing. The back yard has a fence, but at this time, it is not fully fenced for doggies.

Less than a block away, is a beautiful park that has basketball and tennis courts, pavilion area with picnic tables and a softball field.

We allow 2 well behaved pets. Pet fee is $75/stay. Please clean up after your pet. We do have 2 dog and 2 cat bowls as well as doggie doo bags that are located under the dryer. We will charge an extra $20 to clean up pet poo and $50 extra to clean up pet hair. Please crate your animals if they are left alone.

Additional fees include:
Our house accommodates 6 people- any additional people over 6 have to be approved by hosts. If you bring unapproved guests or visitors - you may be charged a minimum penalty of $150/guest/day. Approved guests over 6 are an additional $50/night.
$50/hour - unapproved late checkout
$150 management fee for any damages - this is on top of any extra cleaning and the cost to repair or replace any damaged/missing items.
No pets are allowed in or outside the house unless agreed to by homeowner. There may be a $500 minimum fee for unapproved pets, plus any additional cleaning fees.
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside or outside on the property. We also have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs/weapons in the house or on the property. Failure to abide by these rules may result in a minimum of $1000 penalty and we may ask you to leave.

-We reserve the right during your stay to have access to the house for repairs or other necessary reasons.
-You may see an occasional pest, mouse or mouse droppings. We are actively treating for all of these and hope to have the issue resolved soon.
-Any guests who stay with us agree to always abide by all local and state laws. Guests must be respectful and considerate of all other guests, hosts, neighbors, and any people in and around the house/property at all times. Any guests who do not follow these rules, will be asked to leave immediately and without refund.

Safety and Liability reminders:
The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests on the property are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Any guests staying at our home releases hosts from all liability relating to injuries that may occur. By making a reservation, guests agree to hold the hosts entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for any injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. By making a reservation, guests also understand that hosts are not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods, vehicles, or property of any kind.
By making a reservation, guests forfeit all right to bring suit against hosts for any reason and will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and/or as explained to guests. Guests will make every effort to be in compliance and obey any and all local laws, booking site policies, and house guidelines/rules as well. By making a reservation, guests agree to ask hosts for clarification when needed.
