Charming sea-view villa located in Moraira, just 5 minutes from the centre and the beach. Perched on a hill, the villa is very pleasant to live in, as the swimming pool is on the same level as the living room. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy the view as well as the water. The location of the house is also ideal, as it is situated in a dead-end-street, making it calm and peaceful. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and ample private parking.
The house has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, on the living room and pool level. A third bedroom is located on the floor below. This bedroom is ideal for a couple with children as it has, in addition to the bedroom with the double bed, a room with 2 single beds (ideal for children) as well as a bathroom and toilet.

The house is fully equipped. It also has a small rooftop terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the valley and the sea.
As far as leisure activities in the area are concerned, the house is very well served, so you can play tennis, padel, golf, water sports, go-karting, hiking and so on. And all this just a few minutes from the house.
