Finca Nuestro Nido (Our Nest) is an architect designed finca totalling a magnificent 354 square metres of floor space over two floors, with 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and two lounges, Google Chrome cast TV, sonos, large pool 10m x 5m, hot tub, table tennis, bowls area, X-box etc. This fantastic villa has been designed in the traditional finca style and built from the highest quality materials. It is set in its own grounds of over 3 acres of very private hillside looking down on to a grape vine valley and is reached via a single tarmac road and a double gated private drive. This is a purpose built villa designed to ensure your holiday memory will last forever. The villa rests between Moraira and Teulada and is just a short 10 minute drive from Moraira’s main beach and town. If you are looking for peace and total tranquility and still want to be within minutes of the best resort in the Costa Blanca, this finca will tick every box.

Really nice property and exactly as described, lots of room inside and out. Pool is a good size and nice to have hot tub and outdoor games. The location is amazing, really secluded and peaceful. Approach roads take a bit of getting used to but you have to expect that for the rural location. Would recommend for any big families looking for a retreat in the sun.

The villa was exceptional. Simply wonderful in its layout.The stocking of utensils, crockery, etc in the kitchen was fantastic. One of us was a chef and another a sommelier and they were over the moon with the thought that you had put in to providing ample facilities to conjure up memorable evenings. Three fridges enabled us to keep chill our drinks and food without being cramped for space. The bathrooms/en suites were also appreciated. The absence of a rack to store towels in the bathroom that one was about to use after showering was strange, and there was also no hook/hangar in the bedrooms to hang them in between showers Bedrooms were wonderful though we all commented on the duvet cover things. They were quite uncomfortable, probably due to the weird plastic coating on them. I imagine that every other villa in Costa Blanca would be envious of what you offer. The table games facility was loved by us all, though we agreed that the air hockey is showing its age. Ample space up there and lighting too.The dining area under the sails was inspirational. So much room for us all to sit for dinner with dishes of food aplenty.SummaryThis was by far our favourite villa that we have stayed in and is a serious contender for next year. Thank you Govine and Nils for permitting us to use your wonderful home where we filled the fortnight with cherished memories.

Family Holiday

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. One of the adults used a wheelchair which was manageable inside and outside although the downstairs master bedroom had a narrow doorway which made access there difficult. It would have been useful to have the accessibility aids in that particular en-suite bathroom. The living spaces, kitchen and outside spaces were all fine. Needless to say, we spent most of our time outside, including evening meals on 13 of the 14 nights. The grounds were well managed, as was the pool which was checked several times by the ‘pool doctor’ The younger members enjoyed the pool table in the evenings. The outside kitchen and bbq facilities were well used. Our party of seven all had a thoroughly good holiday.

Our best villa holiday.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at the villa. It’s so peaceful with wonderful views of vines and hills set in wonderful terraces and plants. The villa is so spacious with comfortable beds, a really well equipped kitchen with lots of fridges and freezers. The barbecue was excellent and there was an outside kitchen with fridge.There are lots of places to sit and lots of tables, plenty of sun loungers. The table tennis and pool table were a great hit.The pool is big and the separate jacuzzi greatly enjoyed. Moraira and beaches are 15 minutes away.The owners were so helpful beforehand and answered my queries promptly.We had a warm welcome from Angel who showed us round the villa and was on hand to help. We all relaxed in this perfect place.

Magnifique villa

Magnifique villa bien équipée. Isolée des voisins mais en même temps accès rapide aux commodités (10mn en voiture) et plage à 15mn. Très belle piscine et jacuzzi Top. Les chambres sont confortables (literies et armoires) et surtout les 2 suites parentales. Seul bémol il manque un vrai terrain de pétanque.

Fabulous Villa for a holiday with Friends

This villa was perfect for our needs. Fantastically appointed, in a location that is a drive from Moraira but it’s no issue when you get used to it. Also handy for getting to other local towns. Loads of space and well appointed for the 11 of us on our visit.
