La Cabaña is a very special and stylish Duplex, located in the lovely town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca, positioned in a small and quiet urbanisation, with a communal pool and mature Mediterranean gardens. This stylish house has two large terraces with stunning sea and valley views including the picturesque bay of El Portet.

Upon entering you will be welcomed by lots of natural light and a fresh contemporary decor throughout this beautiful renovated duplex. During the renovation several original features, such as the terracotta tiled floors, and the cozy fireplace have been preserved. Calming color combinations, natural materials, and fine fabrics make this house a pleasurable place to enjoy your holiday.

The duplex comfortably accommodates 8 people, with four luxury bedrooms and three modern bathrooms distributed over two floors. Two of the double bedrooms have En-suite bathrooms. The other two double bedrooms share a guest bathroom.

The Kitchen is well equipped and has a beautiful bar finished with handmade tiles. The cozy living room and adjacent dining area both open out to the large terrace and have stunning sea views and valley views. A wonderful place to enjoy relaxing, during the day to the evening.

The outside spaces of La Cabaña is a great place to spend relaxing days. The two spacious terraces, one on each level, provide enough space for everyone to find a nice spot in the sun or in the shade. Relax on one of the sun beds and enjoy the Spanish sun and the pleasant sea breeze. End the day with a sundowner on the lounge sofa and watch the stunning sun set across the valley. The location of La Cabaña is also a great plus, you are only a 10-minute drive away from the beautiful town of Moraira with its two sandy Blue Flag beaches, one being the stunning El Portet Bay. Also the bustling towns and villages such as Calpe, Benissa, Jávea, Denia, Altea are just a short drive away. At La cabana you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

La Cabaña offers a fine holiday home with excellent facilities, a communal pool and a great location in Moraira the gem of the Costa Blanca, This house has been furnished with great care and attention. There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout the house and free wifi internet.

First floor:
Open kitchen, finished with handmade tiles. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle.
Living room with large sitting area, TV (with streaming function and google chromecast), fireplace and sliding doors to the covered terrace with 180 degrees sea view.
Dining area with large dining table with seating for 8 people and sliding doors to the terrace for the ultimate indoor-outdoor feeling.
One Bedroom with double bed and Ensuite bathroom, equipped with a sink, toilet and bath-shower combination.

Floor -1:
The stairs take you to the lower floor, where the other 3 bedrooms are located.

Two double bedrooms are adjacent to the terrace and have sea views. These bedrooms share the modern bathroom in the hall, equipped with a sink, toilet and shower.
Another large double bedroom with En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The door opens onto the terrace on the side of the house.
Laundry room with extra fridge, washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Large roof terrace along the entire width of the duplex, with built-in sofas with cushions and seating. On this roof terrace you will find the large dining table with seating area for 8 people, and with an attractive niche full of cushions to relax. Enough space for everyone to lounge around and enjoy an aperitif together with sea views and a refreshing sea breeze.

On the first floor you will find another terrace with built-in sofas and sunbeds.
The spacious, communal pool is a short walk away. Please note that there are no sunbeds around the pool.

There is parking for one car next to the house and ample free parking in the street.
