BEAUTIFUL VILLA SITUATED IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 8 guests.
LAYOUT: The PALMS villa is distributed over a single floor. As soon as you enter, you will find a large space occupied by the living and dining room. The dining room consists of a sofa with seating for all the guests, a television and a coffee table. Right next to it is a dining table with seating for 8 people. Returning to the entrance door, we will find the independent kitchen to our right with all the necessary elements and appliances for the preparation of fantastic meals. The bedrooms are located along the corridor where we will find: two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a fourth bedroom with a trundle bed. There is also a third bathroom with a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: As soon as you enter the property you will find enough space to park several vehicles. Some stairs to our right lead us directly to the pool area, which is surrounded by several sun loungers that will allow us to sunbathe while we enjoy a swim. Right in this space we will find a chill out area. In addition, we will also find an outdoor dining table. On the right side of the property we will find another space formed by the barbecue area together with a round outdoor dining table.
LOCATION: Villa PALMS is located in a quiet residential area of the village of Moraira but close to all amenities of the area such as supermarkets, restaurants and leisure areas. Furthermore, the beaches of Moraira and the coves of the area are only a short drive away.
OTHERS: FREE WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING IN THREE BEDROOMS AND THE LIVING ROOM, SEA VIEW FROM THE ROOF TERRACE. PETS ARE ALLOWED BY REQUEST AND SUPPLEMENT.
