The hotel itself was nice. Room was spacious. However, the room did not have temperature control. The room was too cold when we got there so we reported it. Then it was too hot after it was adjusted by the hotel. The road leading up the hotel needs some serious repairs. On checkout we were charged for a breakfast and dinner we never had (we were not the only ones that this had happened to on checkout). Sorting out the issue with the bill seriously delayed us getting to our next destination. Overall it wasn't the best experience of a 4 star hotel I have experienced.

Had to leave bank details, although I had no intention of putting any items on my room. Reception staff poor, just said it’s hotel policy. Some people leave without paying so we all have to give card details. They could deal with this without assuming we are all dishonest

Fantastic service .

It was a few days away for my wife and me and Antja, the trainee receptionist, was really helpful . She upgraded our room without any hassles . That’s excellent service. The waiters at breakfast were nice and there was one very kind member of your staff (didn’t get her name) who was really pleasant. We quite enjoyed our time there.

A weekend break.

An excellent few days and a second visit. We were upgraded and although the suite was spacious I suspect we might have preferred a smaller room!! Good food and the swimming pool was put to good use. We will be returning, again, to escape the family and to do nothing!!

Welcoming. Great service at Reception and Bar Staff. Ate in the lounge bar as we were too tired for a restaurant dinner after a long drive. So this was a last minute stop over. King sized bedroom very comfortable. Clean and modern bathroom with shower. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.
