The hotel is in an excellent location for walking to the main tourist things and there's a tram stop in front of the hotel. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, especially for excellent places to eat and drink.

The location is very convenient and we loved the canal and restaurants just round the corner. We were at the front of the hotel and it’s a bit noisy when the trams are running - but we did know that might be the case. All the staff, without exception, were friendly, courteous, efficient and extremely helpful.

It's quite clean when we were there, everything was fine. I was just unsatisfied with one thing, the door to the balcony was opened and couldn't close, I asked about three receptionists of different shifts about fixing it during our stay, the first one said that it was meant to be fixed on the day, but it didn't. I said as the room was not fully functioned, I should get a little discount for the payment, he said I could ask the receptionist the second day. When I asked the second and third receptionist, both of them said that we will check it, and no one was checking or following up this problem. And I gave up asking finally. This was the only experience I felt really bad. Otherwise. Overall it's clean and near the center.

Room was quite basic. Hotel located next to a store that sells drugs. But other than that it was a great central location close to tram stop and Den Haag HS train station.

Hotel charge for each coffee and ask $10 to buy a mug to waive the coffee charges. Entrance is locked and need reception to open but may takes time as there is only one reception who maybe busy. No support to give info to move around the city. Neighboring shops are repairiing shiop. or close down and too quiet makes me nervous. Walking to Train station is not bad. Once get back to main street, you see the normal tourists and downtown you feel safe

Very good location, close to train station, close to Royal Academy den Haag, close to shops and restaurants. It would be useful to have a list of recommended restaurants in the area to try traditional Dutch food. Pannenkoeken, Indonesian Rijsttafel, and deep fried snacks like Bitterballen and Kroket were on my list to try, but the front desk had no local recommendations. A bit noisy at night due to trains and street traffic, but settled down after midnight.
