The room was not properly cleaned before we checked in. We found a quaterly-filled beer bottle in the wardrobe on our first night and on our last night, we discovered a brown stain on the part of the duvet at the end of the bed. It's hard to believe that housekeeping did not notice it while changing the duvet covers. We reported it to the front desk and they apologised. They gave us a single duvet and sheet to make do for the night. Also, most of their towels are so worn-out/thin which I believe should be retired. Management should pay attention to housekeeping and the cleanliness of the rooms. Aside that, their breakfast is very good and healthy. The staff are very helpful and friendly; commendable. They've also got lots of free parking.

The room is old and not very clean. The walls are not sound proof at all. We could hear people talking in their room next to us. What's worse, on the second night, the people in the room next to us had party and played loud music for the entire night. We could barely sleep.

Great reception, room was nice and clean when I first entered, plugs were a little exposed but that wasn’t a problem and the breakfast was always there and ready. Would recommend for any length of stay.

Good for an overnight stay

Booked the hotel for an overnight stay to break the journey after the crossing to Hoek Van Holland. A typical modern hotel, comfortable, but somewhat impersonal. The restaurant was closed for renovation, but we had ample warning of this fact beforehand. However, breakfast was served, and was ample and tasty. The only criticism is that it took three attempts to convince the hotel receptionists that we had paid for breakfast. The payment had been overlooked by the hotel's admin. However, everything was sorted in the end.
