This home is perfect for a vacation rental. When we saw this beautifully decorated villa, immediately we felt like we were home. The exquisite landscaping was exactly what we have been looking for! The location in Largo just a mile from Sumter Landing and a stone's throw from the two pools, billiards, shuffleboard, pickleball, and bocce ball clinched it for us. The best way to see it all is by the golf cart!!!

We are looking for renters that feel the same way we do about it!

Nice Getaway

The home and location were wonderful and having the golf cart available was a definite plus! The nearby Square had a nice array of shops and restaurants for both take-out and dine-in. The property was exactly as pictured and described. Gayle, the host was very responsive to our questions both prior to and during our trip. There were two beautiful pools and recreation centers within walking distance but we took the golf cart ;). Some particularly nice touches were the chilled wine and beer glasses in the freezer (sometimes it’s the small things) and although we haven’t had a newspaper delivered in years, we found we enjoyed the information about Village concerts, recreational activity, real estate open houses and the daily puzzles. Whether you are visiting The Villages looking for a 2nd home or just want to visit Florida this might be a great vacation rental option. I was very pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in The Villages, the landscaping was flawless, the golf cart paths well thought out and the availability of clubs/classes/recreational activities offer something for everyone.

Lovely weekend Getaway

This was our first visit to The Villages and we wanted to experience being in the community without the pressure of a sales team. Gayle was a great host who made sure we had all the details before we arrived. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed from fresh towels to a well equipped kitchen. The golf cart was a lot of fun to drive around to look at the area. The back yard though small, is beautifully landscaped and very private. There is a nice sunroom where we enjoyed morning coffee. The location was perfect for jetting up to Lake Sumpter and around to look at the various villages and shopping. Both host and Villa were top notch and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Gayle!
