Décevant et non fonctionnel

Positif: la situation géographique et sa beauté des paysages, la vue de la terrasse, la sympathie du propriétaire Négatif: la propreté des lieux surtout en periode du covid pas top ( vaisselle sale, poêle cramée, portes de placards grasses, sol etc), appartement en mauvais état (porte d'entrée qui ne s'ouvre pas correctement et avec du jeu, carrelage decollé, électricité au niveau du mitigeur dans la douche, frigo qui ne refroidit pas assez...), difficulté à garer la voiture dans lz box à cause des affaires du propriétaires.
