The Space:

Nestled between the charming villages of Mesimeri and Epanomi, the villa offers the perfect blend of tranquility, nature, and accessibility. Surrounded by open countryside, this peaceful setting provides a true escape while keeping everything you need within easy reach.



The villa is modern and tastefully decorated, spanning three levels and designed to comfortably accommodate families or groups. On the 1st floor, you will find a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace along with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals with ease, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The 2nd floor features three bedrooms: one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, another with a double bed, and one with a single bed, as well as a separate bathroom with shower. The third floor is a cozy attic room with a double bed, a single bed, a sofa bed, and its own bathroom with shower. This level also has a stepper and weights for guests who wish to exercise during their stay.



Step out onto the large balconies to enjoy serene views of Mount Olympus and the sea, or unwind in the spacious private yard, complete with a BBQ area - perfect for al fresco dining or relaxed evenings with friends and family.



For added convenience, the villa includes an elevator serving all floors, along with WiFi, modern appliances, and private on-site parking - ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay.
